La práctica de la educación popular en su dimensión educativa en el desarrollo local

Abstract

Este trabajo aborda el tema de la educación popular como portadora de cambios en la formación subjetiva en el desarrollo de las potencialidades y capacidades de las personas. Las metodologías que ella propone brindan confianza al expresar que el cambio social es un imperativo de ahí que los contenidos de la educación popular expresan la lucha contra toda discriminación sociocultural, estimulando la construcción colectiva, la emancipación social y la autogestión. Precisamente este trabajo resume el efecto de algunos proyectos que han convergido en el municipio de Yaguajay con el fin de lograr mejores resultados en el desarrollo local en un sector tan vulnerable como es el Ministerio de la agricultura (MINAGRI) y el sector ganadero, y ayudar a las personas a comprender el rol social y económico que juegan en su municipio y en Cuba con la producción de alimentos, considerando la equidad social como principio.
