Derechos humanos en México: discriminación por motivo de género en el ámbito laboral

Abstract

Los derechos humanos son un conjunto de normas o atributos propios de todas las personas que sirven para salvaguardar su existencia, su dignidad y sus potencialidades. En México a partir de la reforma constitucional del artículo 1° publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 10 de Junio de 2011. La cual trajo como consecuencia la ampliación del marco jurídico de la protección de estos derechos humanos. Sin embargo, a pesar de estos grandes avances queda muy evidente la discriminación hacia la mujer trabajadora, ya que ha sido un tema muy relevante en la actualidad, debido a que ha sido realmente controvertido en sus avances y al mismo tiempo existen retrocesos. Entonces podemos entender que el trabajo es un derecho humano, que tienen todas las personas, para poseer o lograr una vida digna, siempre y cuando este sea licito, independientemente del género.
