Abstract

La presente investigación es una evaluación a la gestión presupuestaría en los Gobiernos Autónomos Descentralizados Municipales en el Ecuador, la finalidad de este trabajo es determinar la eficiencia y eficacia en la gestión presupuestaria, comprobando el grado de cumplimiento de lo programado con lo ejecutado, la investigación se realizó mediante la observación, histórica, documental y de campo y se obtuvo información por medio de encuestas realizadas a diferentes Concejos Municipales y funcionarios de los Departamentos Financieros.
