Auditoría administrativa. Caso de estudio Patronato Provincial de servicio social

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó una auditoría administrativa realizada al Patronato Provincial de Servicio Social de Pastaza, para evaluar el desempeño del talento humano que contribuya al cumplimiento de metas y objetivos de la organización, se utilizó el método COSO I para evaluar el control interno, a los funcionarios del área administrativa de la Institución, contribuyendo a la determinación de los hallazgos que evidencian los problemas en primera instancia, se elaboró el informe final que detalla las conclusiones y recomendaciones que permitirán al Patronato Provincial mantener personal idóneo y altamente capacitado en cada puesto de trabajo que brinde un servicio de calidad a sus usuarios.
