Informe de evaluación del plan de intervención trienal 2015-2017 del área de desarrollo de Tungurahua-Ecuador

Abstract

El presente informe de evaluación del “Plan de Intervención Trienal 2015-2017†, en lo concerniente a los microproyectos agua y vínculos solidarios, se lo realizó en el à rea de Desarrollo Tungurahua, con el objetivo de identificar los cambios producidos, medir cuantitativa y cualitativamente los avances y obtener aprendizajes para la planificación subsiguiente. Constituye una evaluación de carácter intermedio para lo cual se constituyó un equipo mixto que participó permanentemente en el proceso; mediante diversas técnicas de investigación se recabó la información de una muestra representativa del universo total de estudio y, además, se accedió a información secundaria en registros documentales de la institución. El presente artículo contiene a nivel de resultados de la evaluación, el segmento que constituye la parte central del informe, la interpretación cuantitativa y cualitativa de los avances de los Resultados de Desarrollo a Largo Plazo y Resultados de Desarrollo de los microproyectos “Agua†y “Vínculos solidarios†, finalamente las conclusiones de la evaluación en relación con los criterios establecidos.
