Estrategia de superación para la capacitación profesional de los especialistas de la dirección comercial en la empresa Pedro Soto Alba

Abstract

La empresa de hoy exige fundamentalmente trabajadores calificados, técnicos especializados, supervisores competentes y directivos capaces y comprometidos para desempeñar con habilidad y eficacia sus labores e influir decisivamente en el desarrollo, evolución y futuro de la organización. Para lograrlo es esencial el proceso de formación de los recursos humanos, que se inicia en la planeación estratégica de la empresa, donde se define hacia dónde va el negocio y por tanto, los recursos que se requieren para llegar allí. Como solución se propone la elaboración de una estrategia de superación para la capacitación de los especialistas de la Dirección Comercial, sustentada en las tendencias de la Pedagogía Cubana actual y la Educación Avanzada, asumiendo como base los aportes de la teoría histórico- cultural de Vigostky y el materialismo dialéctico, considerando la superación como uno de los eslabones más importantes del perfeccionamiento empresarial.
