Abstract

La investigación “Gestión de calidad de servicios en el sector no estatal, propuesta de contribución al desarrollo local†tiene lugar en el municipio Jesús Menéndez, provincia Las Tunas, Cuba. Está encaminada a documentar la propuesta e implementación del proyecto Formación en Gestión de Calidad de los Servicios en Sector no Estatal (FOGEC). Cuya pertinencia está enmarcada en el aumento del trabajo por cuenta propia como nueva forma de gestión, así como en el crecimiento de la oferta de servicios gastronómicos como modalidad destacada. Se fundamenta en el diseño e implementación de una estrategia de capacitación en gestión de calidad de los servicios, a partir de la realización de un diagnóstico de sus necesidades y propone un manual organizacional para el funcionamiento interno de la gestión empresarial en este sector. Para la realización de la investigación, fue necesaria la aplicación de encuestas, entrevistas, observación, así como otros métodos de la investigación.
