Abstract

Las organizaciones en general, ya sean públicas o privadas, requieren ser controladas y evaluadas sobre sus operaciones, por ello, la organización en estudio se ha propuesto realizar una auditoría operativa que permita verificar la gestión administrativa. Para ello se tomará como año base el 2015 y se examinará la utilización de recursos, el grado de cumplimiento de las leyes y políticas que lo rigen.
