Abstract

La motivación humana es uno de los aspectos esenciales de la personalidad, y núcleo de su estructura, principio de fuerza que impulsa al hombre a alcanzar los objetivos trazados. Históricamente el trabajo siempre ha formado parte de esa trama de necesidades, actividad fundamental que ha ocupado desde su surgimiento al ser humano, estar motivado está estrechamente relacionada con tener un objetivo y hacer las cosas de la mejor manera posible, cumplir con las exigencias laborales requeridas para cada puesto de trabajo.
