Levantamento temático-legislativo do plano diretor do município de Veranópolis-RS

Abstract

A pesquisa ora apresentada procura averiguar a temática do plano diretor municipal, observando os princípios por ele estatuídos, estabelecendo um levantamento temático-legislativo do plano diretor do município de Veranópolis - RS, desenvolvendo uma análise da Lei Municipal nº 5.056, de 25 de maio de 2007, outrossim, através da metodologia hermenêutica e analítica pretende-se elaborar um diagnóstico acerca das disposições presentes na legislação que estabelece o Plano Diretor. O foco principal será dado nas políticas de habitação e mobilidade, bem como, nas práticas de zoneamento e desenvolvimento sustentável. Através da análise possibilitar-se-á uma compreensão melhor dos valores e dispositivos presentes na referida legislação.
