Situación laboral de los graduados en bibliotecología en el Cantón Portoviejo, 2017

Abstract

El profesional en Bibliotecología es la imagen de una biblioteca, ocupa un rol importante en su gestión bibliotecaria, organizativa y administrativa aportando soluciones a los conflictos, demostrando ser un profesional capacitado para el desarrollo de sus actividades, destrezas, habilidades y actuando de manera competitiva, en el momento de realizar su labor. El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar la situación laboral de los Graduados en Bibliotecología en el cantón Portoviejo, 2017; se establecieron métodos y técnicas de investigación que permitieron la recolección de información, en el que se mencionan la formación profesional, actitudes y aptitudes, áreas de actuación y sus funciones, se detalla información sobre la empleabilidad, el mercado laboral.
