Propuesta de un procedimiento para el mejoramiento de la planificación de los inventarios en empresas comercializadoras

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es Proponer un procedimiento que contribuya al mejoramiento de la planificación de los inventarios en empresas comercializadoras, de forma tal que favorezca la eficiencia en este subsistema. La aplicación del procedimiento permitió elevar la eficiencia de la organización al minimizar los costos del subsistema del inventario, se clasificaron los productos de acuerdo al método ABC, se calculó el índice de atracción, se obtuvo el pronóstico de la demanda del año en curso, lo que permitió realizar una jerarquización de los problemas en torno a este subsistema, para luego proponer un plan de acciones para satisfacer las demanda de los clientes; y con ello el incremento de la eficiencia en la gestión empresarial.
