Propuesta de indicadores, criterios evaluativos e instrumentos para la mediación de la comunicación

Abstract

El artículo responde a la línea de investigación Competencias interpersonales del Proyecto de Ciencia e Innovación Tecnológica Competencias de dirección en educación, que se desarrolla en la Universidad de Las Tunas. La necesidad de su elaboración radica en que la comunicación, adquiere gran relevancia en la vida del ser humano en todos sus contextos, en el establecimiento de relaciones interpersonales y en cualquiera que sea su profesión. El hombre, utiliza los medios y métodos característicos de la comunicación para establecer relaciones, efectuar con calidad su labor profesional y vivir en sociedad, de ahí la importancia de realizar un estudio de su fundamentación teórica para el análisis de cuáles son los instrumentos que se pueden utilizar para favorecer al proceso comunicativo. En el artículo se hace una propuesta de indicadores, criterios evaluativos así como de diferentes instrumentos para la medición de la comunicación. Por lo que el objetivo es proponer indicadores y algunos instrumentos útiles para la medición de la comunicación, tan necesaria para el establecimiento de relaciones interpersonales que potencien un desarrollo humano sostenible.
