Propuesta de acciones para el perfeccionamiento de la gestión de los recursos humanos en el sistema empresarial

Abstract

Las organizaciones del futuro no podrán restringirse sólo a calificar a sus trabajadores, sino a organizar las secuencias de trabajo de tal modo que los Recursos Humanos sean capaces de aprender, para lo cual es necesario identificar todos aquellos procesos y sistemas que contribuyen con una efectiva Gestión del Conocimiento (GC). Por ello en la presente investigación se abordan temas referentes a elementos conceptuales de la Gestión de Recursos Humanos y la importancia de estos en el perfeccionamiento de la Gestión Empresarial. A su vez se realiza una propuesta de acciones a partir de la Gestión por Competencias, herramienta que en muchas ocasiones ha demostrado ser efectiva debido a que constituye un estilo de dirección donde prima el factor humano, en donde cada persona debe aportar sus mejores cualidades a la empresa. Finalmente se ofrecen conclusiones, referencias bibliográficas y bibliografía.
