La preparación del tutor universitario para sistematizar el componente laboral

Abstract

Se aborda la preparación al tutor en condiciones de universalización para ofrecer atención al componente laboral en estudiantes en formación inicial de quinto año en la carrera de Licenciatura en Educación Primaria, del municipio Jesús Menéndez, provincia Las Tunas, Cuba. Para comprender mejor la concepción actual del tutor en el proceso de formación profesional, se convierte en una necesidad el estudio desde las etapas más recientes de su evolución, sustentando las limitaciones económicas y sociales que demanda un alto nivel de compromiso y responsabilidad por parte de los tutores para elevar su nivel de preparación, técnico metodológico y científico - investigativa. A partir de las insuficiencias detectadas en el proceso de preparación al tutor y su influencia para garantizar la sistematización en la formación laboral en estudiantes en formación inicial, se propusieron actividades para fortalecer la capacitación integral del tutor para el asesoramiento laboral en el ejercicio de la profesión.
