La gestión integral de los riesgos en el centro de biomateriales de la Universidad de la Habana

Abstract

En este trabajo se establecen los aspectos conceptuales y metodológicos de la gestión integral de los riesgos (GIR) y se analizan los enfoques de la norma ISO 31000, para aplicarlos en la gestión integral de los riesgos en el Centro de Biomateriales de la Universidad de La Habana. Se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación inicial del Centro en relación al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2015 y a otros aspectos de su gestión que generan riesgos para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la organización y la satisfacción de sus partes interesadas. Se propuso un procedimiento para la gestión integral de los riesgos, el cual fue validado a partir de las opiniones de los expertos/usuarios y en su aplicación a los procesos de la organización.
