Estrategia de operaciones y suministros enfocado a la competitividad

Abstract

La estrategia en las operaciones es una las cosas fundamentales de la empresa para que pueda llegar a ser competitiva en el mercado y a la vez tenga éxito. Debido a esto es esencial identificar las estrategias competitivas que debe llevar a cabo la empresa. La estrategia de operaciones y suministro integra a la estrategia corporativa, están presentes en el proceso y la infraestructura. El diseño del proceso incluye elegir la tecnología, determinar el tamaño del proceso a lo largo del tiempo, la función del inventario dentro del proceso y la ubicación del proceso. Las metas para las operaciones y la organización se coordinan en el proceso de planificación de la estrategia de operaciones y suministros. Las metas de la organización sufren cambios a través del tiempo, debido a esto la estrategia de las operaciones se deben formular con la característica que se adelante a las exigencias futuras.
