La atención a la diversidad y el diagnóstico pedagógico en la infancia preescolar con una perspectiva integral del desarrollo infantil

Abstract

En este artículo, se presenta una reflexión teórica y metodológica acerca del diagnóstico pedagógico y la atención a la diversidad en la primera infancia como etapa crucial en la vida del ser humano, para ello se utilizó la sistematización de los estudios que conciernen al tema por algunos autores nacionales e internacionales. Se expone la necesidad de educar a los niños en sus primeras edades con un profundo conocimiento de la individualidad, reflexiones sobre las diferencias individuales en las esferas cognitiva y afectiva motivacional en su estrecha interrelación. Los indicadores para el diagnostico y los requerimientos pedagógicos que se proponen para la atención a la diversidad contribuyen a un proceso educativo de calidad, permiten al docente valorar y estimular el desarrollo desde una perspectiva integral, la identificación de potencialidades y necesidades sobre las cuales se sustenta la planificación de las estrategias educativas en los grupos de la educación inicial.
