Articulación externa del sistema económico local

Abstract

El desarrollo del tejido productivo de las parroquias rurales requiere de una adecuada articulación con los actores externos. En ese esfuerzo es indispensable fortalecer la colaboración entre productores e incrementar la competencia del gobierno autónomo local para liderar la gestión de proyectos en base a las condiciones existentes, la cultura prevaleciente y los recursos endógenos disponibles. Este trabajo tiene como objetivos actualizar los referentes teóricos del tema y explicar el entorno institucional deseable para que las parroquias rurales articulen su sistema económico con los actores externos. Los resultados revelan el interés dispensado a este tema internacionalmente, por ser la agricultura un sector económico menos favorecido y donde se acumulan problemas sociales sin resolver. Se demuestra la necesidad de que a escala local se actúe en función de impulsar un proyecto común, afrontar juntos condiciones adversas y agregar esfuerzos y recursos de manera coordinada y proactiva.
