Alcanzando la calidad total aplicando la metodología Six-sigma en los procesos administrativos

Abstract

Desde que Six-Sigma surgió, se ha considerado como una nueva tecnología para mejorar los productos y servicios, logrando un impacto significativo en los resultados de las grandes compañías. Hoy seguimos asociando Six-Sigma con compañías de gran escala. Sin embargo, los beneficios obtenidos por estas compañías no están seguros del éxito de ninguna otra empresa que lo aplique. El Six-Sigma debe ser comprensible para todos los miembros de la empresa y en ella todos deben poner en práctica las habilidades relacionadas con él. Lo que queremos en este documento es mostrar lo que esta metodología revolucionaria puede crear; y evidenciar que elementalmente el Six-Sigma les está enseñando a todos a ser más eficaces y eficientes al momento de generar productos o servicios con calidad total para satisfacer a los clientes.
