Algunas consideraciones de auditoría de la usabilidad del portal web de la Fade-ESPOCH

Abstract

El estudio trata de algunas consideraciones de Auditoría de Gestión en la Usabilidad, del Portal Web de la Facultad de Administración de Empresas (FADE) de la Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo (ESPOCH) en el año 2015, desde el punto de vista de la usabilidad en lo referente al nivel de eficacia y eficiencia con los usuarios, que nos permita evidenciar la gestión en lo relacionado al uso del portal web, su nivel de utilización, así como también, verificar la utilización del conjunto de componentes establecidos en dicho portal a través de la observación de acciones específicas desarrolladas, se validó las páginas web sobre validadores oficiales como el HTML5 y CSS3 para establecer el porcentaje de cumplimiento. La metodología de la investigación se enmarca en la investigación en base a técnicas cualitativas, esto es, la aplicación de técnicas de observación y entrevistas fundamentalmente para el análisis de la información generada y alojada en esta herramienta informática.
