Os fundamentos da organização burocrática: estudo de caso

Abstract

A organização burocrática, conforme preconizada por Max Weber, no início do século XX, continua presente no cotidiano organizacional das empresas modernas deste novo século. O estudo procura relacionar a organização burocrática interna, a produtividade e o desenvolvimento da empresa, através de entrevistas com 20 gestores da organização, categorizando-os por nível de poder decisório. A análise consistiu na comparação entre estes grupos, enfatizando a sua percepção quanto à influência da organização burocrática no funcionamento da empresa. O estudo constatou que o arranjo burocrático, presente na organização, está contribuindo para a efetiva organização interna e para o desenvolvimento da empresa.
