A configuração das relações entre homem e mulher na Lei Maria da Penha

Abstract

Neste trabalho percebemos como o padrão socialmente aceito das relações de gênero acaba por direcionar a violência contra mulher no sentido de permiti-la. Percebe-se também o domínio do homem sobre a mulher ao longo da história, a permanência do patriarcado nas relações. E como resultante desse funcionamento social ocorre a violência contra a mulher, um processo que ocasionou a criação da Lei nº 11.340, conhecida como Lei Maria da Penha. Esta reflexão tem a Análise de Discurso como Campo teórico metodológico e traz os estudos de autores como Eni P. Orlandi, Fernanda Mussalim, Helena H. Nagamine Brandão, Maria Cristina Leandro Ferreira, Suzy Rodriguez Lagazzy. Dado este contexto, dialogo com autores como: Simone de Beauvoir, Tânia Rocha Andrade Cunha e Fabrício Mota Alves.
