Clima organizacional. Caso de estudio facultad de ciencias económicas y empresariales de la Universidad de Guantánamo

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo general: evaluar el clima organizacional en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales de la Universidad de Guantánamo, se aplicó un procedimiento para la evaluación del clima organizacional en la facultad antes referenciada que consta de tres etapas y nueve pasos. Los principales resultados obtenidos se enmarcan en la identificación de las variables más influyentes en el clima organizacional las que según su nivel de importancia fueron: liderazgo, motivación, comunicación, trabajo en equipo y reciprocidad, en función de lo cual se propone un plan de acción, con el propósito de eliminar o reducir los efectos adversos que esto crea en el contexto de la organización objeto de estudio.
