La orientación profesional hacia la carrera educación preescolar

Abstract

La investigación fue desarrollada con estudiantes de décimo grado del preuniversitario Meltón Almaguer Pérez, del municipio Jesús Menéndez de la provincia de Las Tunas en Cuba. Recoge los resultados del diagnóstico donde se revelan las potencialidades y dificultades, los criterios personales de las autoras, así como las causas más significativas de la insuficiente incorporación de estudiantes a la Carrera de Educación Preescolar. Se sustenta en la constitución del grupo docente en décimo grado, para posibilitar el enfoque personológico en la orientación de las estudiantes, mediante actividades y técnicas grupales en el contexto de su desempeño, que propicien el vínculo afectivo con el contenido de la profesión pedagógica y la autodeterminación consciente en el acto de elección teniendo en cuenta las condiciones objetivas del proceso-docente.
