La gestión del financiamiento en los procesos de desarrollo local

Abstract

El presente artículo persigue como objetivo identificar los factores de mayor causalidad que actúan como limitantes al proceso de gestión del desarrollo local y su comportamiento en una localidad específica, para así proponer un grupo de acciones que posibiliten minimizarlos en función de contribuir al impulso del desarrollo desde lo local. En el procesamiento y análisis de la información se utilizaron las técnicas de entrevistas individuales, talleres participativos, matriz DAFO y la triangulación de la información. Estas, posibilitaron establecer, como la limitación de mayor causalidad, la gestión del financiamiento para el desarrollo local, la cual fue evaluada según la experiencia de la provincia de Pinar del Río, logrando proponer cursos de acción que contribuyan a su mejor gestión. Las acciones propuestas representan alternativas que de ser aplicadas pudiesen contribuir al perfeccionamiento de la gestión del financiamiento para el desarrollo local, a partir de su incidencia en aspectos que hoy representan debilidades o amenazas, potenciando otras que son fortalezas.
