Abstract

El presente artículo tiene la intención de aportar con un estudio sobre las redes sociales no como un simple medio de comunicación masivo y mundial que permite una interacción en tiempo real sin importar el origen o destino sino también una herramienta innovadora que está cambiando al mundo y a la sociedad actual, existen plataformas que permite organizar, innovar, descubrir y compartir información, la cual brinda oportunidad para intercambiar conocimientos a la comunidad la misma que consiste en encontrar nuevas formas de satisfacer las necesidades sociales, que hoy en día ha generado un verdadero valor para una comunidad que no están adecuadamente cubiertas por el mercado o el sector público.
