Análisis de riesgos de la seguridad de la información bajo la metodología Cobit en el departamento de recuperación de cartera vencida de CNEL EP unidad de negocio

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo desarrollar un análisis de los riesgos potenciales relacionados con la seguridad de información en la implementación de una plataforma que automatiza los procesos de recuperación de cartera, en la cual se desarrolló por medio de exhaustivo análisis según las normas COBIT, dicha evaluación se la desarrollo entorno a la pertinencia y la gestión de procesos del departamento de cartera vencida asociados al departamento de TI, dichos resultados están relacionados con los objetivos corporativos, procesos y riesgos de TI se ajustaron a las pertinencias de los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa. Los factores de riesgos están alineados a la implementación de una plataforma capaz de detallar y dar seguimientos a las cuentas pendientes por cobrar, de esta forma desarrolla un eficiente proceso de recuperación de cartera, generando informes a detalle y en tiempo real para que la gerencia tome decisiones más acertadas.
