Desarrollo Institucional a través del mejoramiento y promoción de los servicios ofertados por Instituciones públicas

Abstract

La presente investigación determina el plan de mercadeo que ayuda a la comunidad universitaria a utilizar y concienciar los servicios y beneficios que en la actualidad brinda la Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo. La investigación ayudará a las autoridades a tener un conocimiento claro de las opiniones de los clientes que son los estudiantes. Esta situación obliga a la educación superior a repensar su accionar para: por una parte, impulsar investigaciones más efectivas que le permitan generar ofertas con mayor pertinencia y, por otra, mejorar los desempeños para desarrollar procesos con una mayor carga de valor agregado. Consecuentemente, el foco de preocupación de las universidades debe ser: mejorar la calidad de sus servicios para responder mejor a las demandas. La Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo brinda varios servicios importantes a la población estudiantil como son: transporte para giras de observación, Internet, atención médico–odontológico, seguro estudiantil, guardería, bibliotecas, bares y centro de perfeccionamiento docente e innovación pedagógica mismos que no son utilizados por la mayoría de los estudiantes.
