La deontología profesional y los derechos laborales

Abstract

Las obligaciones y los derechos de los trabajadores tienen gran importancia ya que están conformes a leyes de trabajo establecidas en todas las instituciones. Con esto se logra tener beneficios mutuos para una institución y para el trabajador en el ámbito personal y profesional logrando así el mejoramiento de las relaciones laborales. Hoy en día, cada vez son más las empresas comprometidas con sus empleados, conscientes de la importancia de capacitarlos, de proveerles herramientas que garanticen su estabilidad tanto profesional, como personal. Sin embargo, aún existen trabajadores contratados bajo esquemas laborales que no sólo no les brindan los beneficios básicos, sino que ni siquiera cumplen los derechos laborales básicos. Este documento menciona una experiencia laboral que pasó hace algún tiempo uno de los autores de este artículo, y su propósito es ayudar a las personas que consiguen un empleo conocer la importancia y los beneficios que nos otorgan los deberes y los derechos laborales en el Ecuador, para de esta manera evitar irregularidades y actos que van en contra de la ética y la moral del ser humano.
