Estrategia de gestión de políticas públicas de juventud en situación de migración

Abstract

La nueva era de la administración pública, requiere repensar y transformar la práctica de los procesos de diseño de las políticas públicas, sobre todo las dirigidas a grupos vulnerables como es el caso de la juventud. Muchos investigadores han aportado nuevos constructos a este complejo fenómeno sin embargo las aportaciones aún resultan insuficientes para atender las crecientes demandas de los problemas públicos. El presente trabajo es parte de un ejercicio de sistematización la práctica de conformación de estrategias de gestión de políticas públicas dirigidas a minimizar el fenómeno migratorio en la juventud desde el contexto cubano.
