Gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo caso de estudio

Abstract

Aplicar una evaluación de diagnóstico de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo aplicando Normas OHSAS 18001, ha permitido verificar políticas, objetivos, valoración de riesgos en el trabajo. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la Unidad Educativa San Felipe Neri de la ciudad de Riobamba, en este contexto se aplicó un cuestionario de evaluación con Norma OSHAS 18001, que permitió recabar información relevante de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo dentro de la institución educativa, evidenciando un nivel medio de gestión con un porcentaje de 62, traduciéndose en acciones de mejora en cuanto a la planificación, medición y seguimiento del desempeño.
