Análisis y divulgación de las métricas de redes sociales (RRSS)

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar una propuesta de análisis y divulgación de las métricas en RRSS, considerando que actualmente las comunicaciones se innovan constantemente, y es necesario utilizar las redes sociales para llegar a las personas. En este trabajo se utilizaron conocimientos que aportan a la comprensión y óptima utilización de las métricas, objetivos de Social Media Marketing y KPIs que permitan crear ventajas competitivas en un negocio. Para lograrlo se ha realizado un análisis de las RRSS existentes tanto a nivel global como local, y las estadísticas o métricas que dichas páginas sociales entregan a sus usuarios. El análisis y divulgación de las métricas en redes sociales permitirá medir el alcance e interacción de los negocios con los usuarios, obtener su fidelidad, convirtiéndolos en leads, e incluso en clientes. Además será base para la toma de acciones al permitir medir y comparar las KPIs obtenidas; y así mejorar y aumentar la eficiencia en el uso de los recursos de la web en pro de beneficios del negocio.
