Gestión de calidad, una evaluación de diagnóstico caso de estudio

Abstract

La presente investigación ha tenido como propósito realizar una evaluación de diagnóstico sobre la gestión de la calidad en la Unidad Educativa San Felipe Neri de la ciudad de Riobamba, se aplicó un cuestionario basado en Norma ISO 9001:2015, que permitió recopilar información, las clausulas descritas permitieron conocer el estado actual de los procesos involucrados en la gestión de calidad de la institución educativa. Luego de realizar el diagnóstico, respecto al cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos por la norma se determinó una gestión de calidad de 63%, evidenciando una gestión con grado medio, que se traduce en la implementación y mejora de aspectos relacionados con el contexto de la organización, liderazgo, planificación, apoyo y operación.
