Abstract

Parte importante en la Gestión Ambiental lo constituye el diagnóstico ambiental, el cual es un proceso que se realiza para mejorar las condiciones ambientales de una organización ante los clientes y la sociedad; en el campo de la salud constituye un elemento importante y dinámico por las peculiaridades de estos centros por lo que se plantea como objetivo general de la investigación diseñar un procedimiento para determinar las causas que provocan los impactos ambientales en entidades hospitalarias. Para lo cual se aplicaron diferentes métodos de investigación teóricos y empíricos que contribuyeron con el cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto. Con la investigación se lograron resultados significativos entre los que se encuentran: el diseño de un procedimiento de diagnóstico para determinar las causas que provocan los impactos ambientales y su aplicación en hospitales del territorio holguinero, determinándose las causas que provocan los impactos ambientales.
