Utilización de aminoácidos sintéticos con reducción de proteína bruta en la cría y levante de pollitas de remplazo Lohmann Brown

Abstract

En la Unidad Productiva Avícola, de la Facultad de Ciencias Pecuarias, de la ESPOCH, se investigó la reducción de proteína bruta mediante la utilización de aminoácidos sintéticos L-Lisina, DL – Metionina, L- Triptófano, L – Treonina en dietas con bajos niveles de proteína (22-21-20-19) inicial, (20-19-18-17%) crecimiento, (16-15-14-13%) levante, en pollitas Lohman Brown, utilizando un diseño completamente al azar. Se obtuvo los mejores rendimientos productivos en las pollitas en las que se utilizó el T1, con pesos finales de 1521.34 g, ganancia de peso de 1470.45 g, a pesar de que registró uno de los mayores consumos de alimento (5624.97 g de materia seca por todas la etapas).La mejor eficiencia en la conversión alimenticia se obtuvo con el T1 (3.82) frente al T 3 (4.02), los más altos índices de Beneficio/Costo de (1.23 y 1.24 USD), se obtuvo con el T1 y T2 respectivamente, por lo tanto se recomienda la utilización de aminoácidos sintéticos con bajos niveles de proteína bruta a la dosis señalada según el T1.
