Medidas necesarias para llevar a cabo la ayuda humanitaria en el posconflicto en Colombia; incorporadas en la ley 1448 de 2011

Abstract

Este articulo desarrolla el procedimiento al que se ven expuestas las victimas para lograr las ayudas creadas por el gobierno esto a raíz de una guerra interna a la que se ha enfrentado el país hace 53 años, por consiguiente ha dejado secuelas para gran parte de la población. El 10 de junio de 2011, el presidente de la república sancionó la ley 1448 Ley de víctimas y restitución de tierras, en ella se incorporan ayudas que buscan resarcir el daño ocasionado a las víctimas del conflicto armado. El análisis permite observar las distintas figuras procesales creadas, y los mecanismos a los que están expuestos las víctimas, el desarrollo de esta ley y la eficacia de la misma.
