La formación sociopolítica en su relación con las competencias profesionales del estudiante universitario

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como propósito fundamental realizar un análisis teórico sobre el papel que desempeña la formación sociopolítica en el desarrollo de competencias del estudiante universitario de carreras pedagógicas. Se toman en consideración los principales retos de la educación superior en el mundo actual, así como el contexto educativo nacional e internacional. La necesidad de potenciar la formación sociopolítica se expresa como una emergencia del cambio educativo en el siglo XXI desde una concepción interdisciplinaria y sistémica que integre e interconecte, de manera dinámica, dimensiones, componentes y funciones que ofrezcan un sentido de totalidad y no un agregado de elementos aislados.
