Necesidad de formar una nueva conciencia económica

Abstract

La interrupción del modelo económico socialista en países europeos y la Unión de Repúblicas Socialistas Soviéticas impactaron enormemente en la vida económica, política e ideológica internacional; los ideólogos de la sociedad exclusiva enfatizan desde entonces la omnipotencia del capital sobre el trabajo. Tales realidades exigen ser abordadas desde la docencia en las universidades cubanas, máxime si tenemos en cuenta que en el contexto de la actualización del modelo económico cubano emergen disímiles actores económicos que se desvinculan de la propiedad socialista y desde otra perspectiva producen y reproducen sus relaciones sociales, en estos individuos se irá conformando un sentimiento de dueño privado en oposición al sentimiento de dueño colectivo que es indispensable formar. La asignatura Economía Política para la carrera Marxismo Leninismo e Historia tiene en esa dirección mucho que aportar. La formación de la nueva conciencia económica resulta imprescindible para la construcción de la sociedad verdaderamente humana.
