Proceso de transición a la norma NC-ISO 9001:2015 en la empresa mixta Suchel Camacho S.A

Abstract

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo el rediseño del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad en Suchel Camacho S.A., incorporando los elementos necesarios para transitar a la norma NC-ISO 9001:2015. Con esta propuesta se busca responder a las exigencias del cliente y de otras partes interesadas, así como mejorar el desempeño de la organización. Para ello, se analizó la situación inicial del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y los aspectos requeridos para dar cumplimiento a los requisitos de la nueva norma. A partir de las carencias identificadas se estableció el Plan de Transición a la nueva norma, donde se exponen las actividades a realizar con sus respectivos responsables y el cronograma de implementación. Se rediseñaron los procesos que lo requerían y se documentaron los cambios necesarios en el Sistema. Finalmente se ejecutaron las auditorías y otras actividades para el seguimiento y mejora del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad rediseñado.
