Abstract

El presente artículo inicia con una valoración de las principales características del ordenamiento jurídico con énfasis en la coherencia, seguida de un diagnóstico acerca de las diferentes formas en que se manifiesta entre las diversas normas del ordenamiento jurídico penal, lo cual resulta esencial para el perfeccionamiento de las normas jurídicas penales sobre la base de la coherencia a lograr en estas.
