Abstract

Las organizaciones en la actualidad están enfrentando procesos muy complejos y dinámicos, en los que requieren cada vez más del apoyo del administrador. Entre estos procesos, destaca por su importancia la necesidad de implementar estrategias con las que puedan generar ventajas competitivas, que les garanticen enfrentar con mayores posibilidades de éxito los retos y oportunidades en un entorno cada vez más competitivo.
