Visión crítica a la estrategia de desarrollo local del municipio Manatí

Abstract

El presente trabajo sugiere la búsqueda de propuestas que garanticen la formulación e implementación de la Estrategia de Desarrollo Local del municipio con visión encadenada con los nuevos escenarios nacionales y latinoamericano, para lograr su mayor impacto social superando las actuales barreras estructurales e incorporando métodos de participación colectivo, nuevos actores locales, nuevas fórmulas de evaluación de las variables propuestas y una sistemática actualización en la capacitación de todos los sectores de la sociedad. La existencia de la Estrategia de Desarrollo Local se ratifica como un paso de avancen la exploración de herramientas para el trabajo del Gobierno Local en función de alcanzar mayor eficiencia en su gestión y garantizar mejor calidad de vida a los habitantes.
