Abstract

La Gestión de Recursos Humanos constituye hoy en día un sistema cuyo antecedente fundamental es concebir al hombre en el interior de una empresa como un recurso que hay que perfeccionar a partir de una concepción renovada, dinámica y competitiva. Con el de objetivo identificar las fortalezas y debilidades que caracterizan a la GRH en la empresa Comandante Ernesto Che Guevara se utiliza el modelo GRH DPC de Cuesta (2005). El trabajo se basa en el análisis documental clásico.
