Notas para la periodización de la política habitacional del estado mexicano: 1917 - 2015

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como propósito plantear una serie de etapas para periodizar las políticas habitacionales que el Estado Mexicano ha adoptado de 1917 a la fecha. El intento por descubrir cuales han sido las continuidades, cambios y transformaciones de estas políticas públicas, tienen un doble objetivo: verificar en la historia reciente el papel que han jugado las políticas habitaciones dentro de la estrategia de dominación política, así como plantear un marco de periodización histórica que realce las características más significativas de las políticas públicas de vivienda.
