El rendimiento de la inversión en la formación del capital humano en los Institutos Superiores Tecnológicos de la ciudad de Riobamba

Abstract

La formación del capital humano tiene una importancia estratégica en el desarrollo desde el punto de vista individual, de las organizaciones y de la sociedad en su conjunto. En el Ecuador se realizan esfuerzos importantes para contar con un sistema educativo actualizado y que responda a los requerimientos de una educación de calidad y a las necesidades de desarrollo del País, por lo que se realizan importantes inversiones para la formación de posgrado del personal docente. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar los fundamentos teóricos relacionados con la formación del capital humano y su impacto en el desarrollo, así como la medición de su efectividad. Para conocer la efectividad de la formación se requiere evaluar sus resultados en los tres niveles (social, empresarial y personal) y en todos sus aspectos tangibles e intangibles, considerando todas las fuentes de la inversión en formación, la estatal, la organizacional y la privada.
