El empleo y el desarrollo económico local del Cantón Riobamba - Ecuador

Abstract

El empleo influye con el desarrollo económico local por que busca fortalecer y reactivar los sectores con la sociedad para incrementar su bienestar, antecede una disminución en el empleo en la localidad de Riobamba por factores que se estudió, considerando la aplicación de la encuesta a la población económicamente activa para determinar las causas y consecuencias que existe en el cantón Riobamba, con sus respectivas interpretaciones y análisis. Siendo el ente regulador el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Riobamba encargado de promover, regular y controlar, buscando la calidad de vida de la población a través de acciones, con el objetivo de iniciar el crecimiento económico y el progreso de la sociedad, con la propuesta de la agenda de desarrollo económico local con el fin de diseñar propósitos que ayuden a la generación de empleo, fortalecimiento de micro y pequeñas unidades productivas con la ejecución del gobierno local.
