Resultados del diagnóstico de la fluctuación laboral en las unidades empresariales de base (UEB) críticas de las empresas azucareras Holguin y Camaguey

Abstract

En el mes de junio de 2016, atendiendo a las necesidades del sector, se realizó una encuesta en las unidades empresariales de base central azucarero (UEB CA) y unidades empresariales de base atención a productores agropecuario (UEB APA), pertenecientes al Loynaz Hechavarría en la provincia Holguín y a la UEB CA Argentina en Camagüey, con el objetivo de identificar y describir las posibles causas que están incidiendo en la fluctuación laboral desde el punto de vista de la motivación laboral y la satisfacción de los trabajador en cada uno de sus centro de trabajo. Para este estudio se tuvieron en cuenta las variables de satisfacción, motivación laboral y condiciones de trabajo. La aplicación de esta encuesta tiene gran importancia ya que con anterioridad nunca se habían se habían realizado estudios de fluctuación. Los resultados obtenidos pueden constituir un significativo paso en el desarrollo futuro de estas entidades.
