Diseño y validación de plan estratégico para mejorar la calidad de servicios en operadoras turísticas en el Ecuador. Caso de estudio

Abstract

El presente artículo presenta los resultados de la investigación orientada a evaluar y mejorar la calidad del servicio ofertado por Operadora de Turismo ecuatoriana, a través de caso de estudio. En el propio servicio de la empresa, es propuesto diseño de plan estratégico con el fin de minimizar el nivel de insatisfacción en clientes. Los objetivos logrados son de elaborar el plan estratégico para empresas operadoras de turismo; ejecutar modelo diagnóstico situacional; y proponer plan de propuestas de mejora de calidad atendiendo al caso de estudio. Son adoptados tipo de investigación documental, tipo descriptiva, tipo de campo, además de métodos científicos como heurísticos, de expertos, análisis y síntesis bibliográficos, estadísticos – matemáticos. Se concluye con un producto generalizable a empresas operadoras de turismo ecuatorianas, incluyendo guía de diagnóstico y de acciones correctivas o de mejoras
