El arte culinario: una mirada desde lo sociocultural

Abstract

El arte culinario es una muestra característica de la cultura de los pueblos y por ende de su identidad cultural. Por su importancia, se investiga sobre ¿Cómo ha influido el mestizaje cultural de Latinoamérica y el Caribe en el arte culinario de Cuba? El estudio se sustenta en la antropología cultural ya que esta ciencia permite estudiar los procesos formativos de la cultura relacionada a la vida del hombre. Utilizándose la combinación de diferentes métodos y técnicas de las metodologías cualitativa y cuantitativa. En el presente artículo se revela la influencia del mestizaje cultural de Latinoamérica y el Caribe en el arte culinario de Cuba como un punto de referencia en el acto de tomar decisiones para incentivar a la conservación y práctica cultural de este arte.
